Based in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, SoDel Concepts is a multifaceted, award-winning hospitality group. SoDel Concepts’ businesses include ten restaurants: Fish On and Matt's Fish Camp in Lewes; Bluecoast Seafood Grill and Raw Bar Rehoboth, Lupo Italian Kitchen and Papa Grande’s Coastal Taqueria in Rehoboth Beach; Matt’s Fish Camp and Bluecoast Seafood Grill and Raw Bar in Bethany Beach; NorthEast Seafood Kitchen in Ocean View; and Catch 54 and Papa Grande’s Coastal Taqueria in Fenwick Island; a wedding, events and restaurant venue, The Clubhouse at Baywood; a catering company, Plate Catering; and  Matt’s Homemade Soda Co.. It also includes Haley/Kammerer, a hospitality consulting firm, Highwater Management, a hospitality management company.

SoDel Concepts was founded by chef-restaurateur Matt Haley, the recipient of the James Beard Foundation’s 2014 Humanitarian of the Year Award. After Haley passed away in August 2014, Scott Kammerer became president and CEO of SoDel Concepts. In 2015 Scott also founded a charitable non profit, SoDel Cares, that helps support myriad  local organizations that help children, the elderly, and at risk youth and adults in our communitites.
