Based in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, SoDel Concepts is a multifaceted, award-winning hospitality group. SoDel Concepts’ businesses include nine restaurants: Fish On and Matt's Fish Camp in Lewes; Lupo Italian Kitchen and Papa Grande’s Coastal Taqueria in Rehoboth; Matt’s Fish Camp and Bluecoast Seafood Grill in Bethany Beach; NorthEast Seafood Kitchen in Ocean View; and Catch 54 and the first Papa Grande’s in Fenwick Island; a catering company, Plate Catering; Matt’s Homemade Soda Co.; and Big Thunder Roadside Kitchen, a food truck. It also includes Haley/Kammerer, a hospitality consulting firm, Highwater Management, a hospitality management company and SoDel Films.
SoDel Concepts was founded by chef-restaurateur Matt Haley, the recipient of the James Beard Foundation’s 2014 Humanitarian of the Year Award. After Haley passed away in August 2014, Scott Kammerer became president and CEO of SoDel Concepts. In 2015 Scott also founded a charitable non profit, SoDel Cares, that has given several grants since September 2015 to organizations that help children, the elderly, and at risk youth and adults in our communitites.
