DANIELLE PANARELLO, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS  

Danielle was born and raised in Media, PA. She attended the University of Delaware, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree and then went on to attend The Restaurant School in Philadelphia, where she received a degree in pastry arts.  Danielle worked as a pastry chef for many iconic Rehoboth Beach restaurants, including LaLa Land, The Back Porch Cafe and Eden.   

Danielle joined SoDel Concepts in 2016 as a Director of Operations and was responsible for overseeing three SoDel restaurants.  In 2020 Danielle was promoted to Vice President of Operations, where she currently oversees all aspects of operations at SoDel's 12 restaurants.   During her time as Vice President, the company has grown significantly.  Danielle also serves as the Administrator for SoDel Cares, the company's philanthropic arm, and is a Board Member for the Delaware Restaurant Association. 

Danielle lives in Rehoboth Beach with her husband George.
