Organization
SoDel Concepts is pleased to announce an
exciting fund raising alternative for your organization.
Our In-restaurant fund raising program provides an
opportunity for you to raise money while your group
participates in the restaurant to help raise the money
How does it work? It’s simple.
SoDel Concepts will contribute 15% off the top (total
revenue for the day from your group) while hosting your
group fundraiser at one of our restaurants. Your group
will confirm a time and number of people on the day
selected for your event and 10-15% of all food and
beverage sales revenue for your group will be donated
directly to you.
What do you have to do?
You market the fundraiser, and we provide all the food,
beverages, and service and mail you a check! You bring
in program participants for any type of event within our
restaurant and we will donate 10-15% to your
organization. This includes all breakfasts, brunches,
lunches, cocktail parties, happy hours, wine tastings,
and dinners. We will coordinate, track and host the
event. Your group participants will be cooked for and
served by the best in the industry. Our management team
and state of the art computer systems will track the
revenue for your event and we will mail you a check the
next business day.
We will provide the staff and support to make your day a
huge success and all of our managers, chefs, servers,
and bartenders will be available to your group for
services. You will work with a general manager and chef
who will guide you through the event scheduling, menu
creation, marketing, and any other unique needs your
organization may have.
You provide no money up front. You simply market the
event and bring out your organization for an event they
will not soon forget. At the end of the day, we
contribute 10-15% of the food and beverage sales from
your group’s revenue directly to your organization.
How do I sign up?
Simply fill out the short application (see attached) and
email to Matthew Haley @
haleymatthew@msn.com. Once your application is processed
and approved, he will contact the general manager of the
restaurant hosting your event and the scheduling can
begin.
What is available and when is it available?
In general, the events can be scheduled any day of the
week from 8am to 3pm, or Sunday through Thursday from
5pm to 9pm at Fish On, located in the Villages of Five
Points in Lewes. Daytime events scheduled at Fish On
will have the choice of either the main dining room, bar
area, or private dining area. Evening events will have
use of the private dining area. Events can be scheduled
all year. Bethany Area events may be scheduled any day
from 8am to 3pm, or any Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday,
at either Northeast Seafood Kitchen or Bluecoast seafood
grill. Any event scheduled during the day will have full
use of either restaurant, and can be scheduled all year
round. Events scheduled in the evening on Mondays will
be held at Bluecoast seafood grill; events scheduled
Tuesdays can be held at either Northeast Seafood Kitchen
or Bluecoast seafood grill; events scheduled Wednesdays
will be held at Northeast Seafood Kitchen. We will also
hold events at our newest restaurant Catch 54 in Fenwick
Island. Dates are generally available from January
through May and October through December. Other dates
and times can be considered.
You provide the marketing and the guests for the day. We
do the rest.
