Originally from Reading, Pennsylvania, Lisa attended Wilson High School, graduating in 2000.  She attended Kutztown University, majoring in food & restaurant hospitality.  Her experience in food service began early, with a position shortly after graduation as Service Manager at Friendly’s Restaurant in West Lawn, Pennsylvania.  Lisa was then promoted to General Manager, and asked to manage a Friendly’s restaurant in Delaware.  She remained in this role for seven years, learning all aspects of the corporate restaurant industry on an operational level, while gaining invaluable experience in customer service. 

Lisa left the Friendly’s family to become the front of the house manager for The Wharf Restaurant in Lewes, where she was gained new expertise in all areas of banquet service.

Lisa began working for the SoDel Concepts restaurants group in the spring of 2010.  In 2011 she took over as the general manager of Fish On and in the fall of 2012 was promoted to the catering director for Plate Catering, which works out of Fish On.  In 2016 Lisa was again promoted to the position of human resources director for SoDel concepts. She now oversees every aspect of employment of over 500 people that work under the SoDel umbrella.

Lisa currently lives in Lincoln, Delaware with her husband Dan and their three children.
