Join us over the next seven months as we depart on a culinary and cultural tour through Italy without leaving Rehoboth Beach! On the third Thursday of every month we will host a regional wine dinner that will focus on a specific regions' food & wine. Chef Chris Parks will pair food with wine from each region highlighting native grapes, traditional pastas & authentic cuisine. We’ll be joined by winemakers, Sommeliers and Italian wine experts to create authentic unique experiences. Every month will be different. Join us for one, or come to them all!
This month we will be focusing on Sicily! We will be joined by Italian wine expert Christina Comito. Christina is the portfolio specialist for Leonardo LoCascio Selections and The Winebow Group. She will be speaking about the beautiful Island of Sicily and the Tasca d’Almerita Family Estate whose wines we will be tasting. Chef Parks has created a beautiful five course dinner to pair with five of their amazing wines. This is a dinner you won't want to miss!
