Napa Comes To Delaware, Bouchaine Wine Dinner

Join us in the Library at Bluecoast Rehoboth for an evening in Napa. Chef Doug Ruley and Certified Sommelier Mike Zygmonski will recreate a five course wine dinner that was served at Bouchaine Vineyards as part of their Chef Series 2017. If you were unable to travel to Napa to join us in September, no worries! We are bringing Napa to you. Featuring Guest Speaker and the DE/Mid-Atlantic Sales Manager of Bouchaine Vineyards, Jen Brooks.

1st - Cantaloupe & Yellow Beet Gazpacho Maryland crab, crispy ham and black pepper
