Join us for the last night in our off season wine dinner series! Over the fall, winter and spring, we have had a culinary and cultural tour through Italy without leaving Rehoboth Beach! Chef Chris Parks will paired food with wine from each region highlighting native grapes, traditional pastas & authentic cuisine. We’ll be joined by winemakers, Sommeliers and Italian wine experts to create authentic unique experiences. Every month will be different. Join us for one, or come to them all!
This month we will be focusing on Campania! We will be joined by Italian wine expert Keith Murphy. Keith is the portfolio specialist for Leonardo LoCascio Selections and The Winebow Group. He will be speaking about the wonderful Campania region in Southern Italy. Chef Parks has created a beautiful five course dinner to pair with five amazing wines.
